24 year old Angel Pontaja Medina was mourned by relatives while propped upright in a chair in his mother's living room. His brother Carlos told El Nuevo Dia newspaper the victim always said he wanted to be upright for his own wake. Dressed in Yankees fitted cap and Dolce & Gabbana shades the corps of Medina fulfilled his dying wish, he put on for his city. As the song goes " I put on for my city, so when I'm dead and gone i got one last wish, put my Yankee hat on".
