Alexis Miller's has filed a restraining order against NBA star Shaquille O'neal.  Apparently 23 year old Miller claims that O'neal stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up. Miller known professionally as Maryjane, claimed she ended an intimate relationship with O'neal last month.

Felicia "Snoop" Pearson, who we all remember for being a cold-blooded killer on the HBO series The Wire, was arrested on minor drug charges yesterday after police picked her up for refusing to cooperate as a witness in a murder trial.

Authorities said Pearson watched Steven James Lashley stab three men, killing one, after an argument that began outside of a New York Fried Chicken in the fall of 2005. She is expected to be called as a witness during the trial. According to court records, a warrant was issued July 1 after Pearson ignored prosecutors' phone calls, failed to appear for an April 21 trial date and "informed the prosecuting attorney that she wished to have no further personal contact with her about the case."

This shouldn't come as a surprise to many.

The imprisoned quarterback listed $12,225 average monthly expenses with a monthly income of just $277.69. OUCH!!!
